Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2 April 2025
This Cookie Policy explains how Myzentrova uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. We keep things straightforward — we use a small set of cookies for basic site function and optional analytics, nothing more. You can adjust your preferences at any time using the controls below.
01What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They help websites recognise returning visitors, remember settings, and understand how pages are used. Cookies do not execute code or carry viruses — they are simply data files.
Some cookies are placed directly by the website you visit (first-party), while others may be set by third-party services embedded in the page.
02Cookies We Use
- Session management and security tokens
- Cookie consent preference storage (localStorage)
- Form functionality and CSRF protection
- Google Analytics (page views, session duration, referral source)
- Data is anonymised and aggregated — no personally identifiable information
- Ad platform pixels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta)
- Conversion tracking for service enquiry campaigns
- Language and regional display preferences
- UI settings persisted between sessions
03Third-Party Cookies
Some features on this site may load content from third-party services, which may set their own cookies. These currently include:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Maps — embedded location map. Subject to Google's cookie policies.
- Ad platforms — only if marketing cookies are enabled.
Myzentrova does not control the cookies set by these third parties. Refer to their respective privacy policies for further detail.
04Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only for the duration of your browser session and are removed when you close the browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a fixed period (typically 30 days to 2 years depending on purpose) or until manually cleared.
- Your consent preferences are stored in localStorage and persist until you clear browser data or update your choices here.
