Do I need to have a data science team to work with Myzentrova?
No. Our engagements are designed to work with your existing team, whatever their technical background. We handle the modelling and development, and work with you to ensure the output fits naturally into how your people already operate.
What kind of data does the Demand Forecasting System need?
Typically, 12–24 months of historical transaction, inventory, or usage data works well as a starting point. We assess your available data early in the engagement and are clear about what we can and cannot model from what you have.
How does the Text Summarisation Service handle sensitive documents?
Data handling terms are agreed before any documents are shared. We can work with on-premise or private cloud deployments where confidentiality is a priority. The approach depends on your organisation's requirements and we discuss it openly at the start.
What does AI Integration Consulting actually deliver?
At the end of the 4-week engagement you receive a vendor comparison report, a recommended architecture plan, and a proof-of-concept design you can take forward. You leave with a clear picture of your options and what each one requires from your team.
Can the engagement scope be adjusted once we start?
Yes. We include regular check-ins throughout each engagement to review progress and alignment. If priorities shift or new information changes the picture, we discuss adjustments openly rather than pressing ahead with something that no longer fits.
What happens after the engagement ends?
All deliverables — models, code, documentation — belong to you. We provide a handover period to ensure your team is comfortable with what has been built. Ongoing support arrangements can be discussed separately if needed.
